I hereby solemnly swear that the following events occurred this way to the best of my reccollection:
10:12 – AmeriCorps member Melanie walks into the office and reads off a random fact from the inside of her snapple cap.
10:12 30s – I read off the random fact from the inside of my snapple cap, did you know square dancing is the official dance of Washington State.
10:13 – Officemate Shane starts laughing and mocking Washington for this.
10:13 – 10:15 random bickering ensues between myself and Shane whom I hate oh so much.
10:15- as I am enjoying my Kashi brand Tasty Little Cracker and the bickering is escalating with the hated one I say to Melanie “watch closely this will be amazing”
10:16 – Without really looking a wing a cracker quickly across the room at the hated ones head. Unknown to me at the time his mouth is open. The cracker flies directly into his mouth at high speed not even hitting the teeth and lands perfectly on his tongue. This was more than a one in a million shot, I can honestly say if I were to spend the rest of my life trying to recreate this shot it would never happen and it is made all that much sweeter by the fact that I called my shot.
Todays reason to drink, cheers to me completely one upping my arch nemesis Spencer Palmer by not only landing my own version of a hole in one, but also calling my shot.
