The sleepy little hippie infested town I live in has recently been graced with the presence of a brand new authentic Louisiana Creole joint. I didn’t give this place a try until the heat wave we are currently involved in, which made it that much more like being in the sticky hot bayou. Anyway, the emergence of this dining option has brought two new culinary delights to my attention. So here’s to Mint Juleps and Collard Greens.
